When President Cyril Ramaphosa gave a speech in Tzaneen on Women's Day, the nation was still in deep pain. This was after the murder of a four-year-old girl in Eldorado Park, allegedly killed by her father. That pain was added by the nation's shock after two police officers were killed by a suspect in Roodepoort.
