Trio held for mass shooting

Three people are in custody in connection with the shooting of six people on Thursday in Cape Town.
The suspects opened fire at a home in Kogelberg Street just after 8.30pm.
Police acted swiftly and within 24 hours had three suspects between the ages of 17 and 29 in custody.
“A firearm was confiscated and sent for ballistic testing to determine if it was used in the commission of any crimes,” said Western Cape police spokesperson Brigadier Novela Potelwa.
