Ramaphosa Finally Boots Education Minister Nkabane

President Cyril Ramaphosa has finally acted to fire Nobuhle Nkabane as minister of higher education and training.
Late yesterday afternoon, the Presidency announced she would be replaced by Buti Manamela, who was serving as her deputy.
To replace Manamela, Ramaphosa drafted Nomusa Dube-Ncube as deputy, citing her "long government leadership experience", which included serving as MEC for cooperative government and traditional affairs and premier of KwaZulu-Natal.
