RIDES: MUZI IS ANTICIPATING A BIG PERFORMANCE FROM AMERICAN BEAUTY IN RACE 6

- Muzi Yeni

There is no local action this weekend, but we are in full swing now and gearing up towards the Betway Summer Cup at the end of the month so if you haven't bought your tickets already, please do so and come and support us on the day.

We do have a nine-race card at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth tomorrow with another meeting on Sunday at Hollywoodbets Greyville.

I am riding at both meetings, but we will focus on tomorrow’s card because I have more rides on the day.

In total, I am riding in six of the nine races, so I am hoping to get on the board.

Race 1 is a Maiden Plate over 1000m and I think That'll B The Day is going to be a very tough nut to crack because his form sets the standard by some way and this is a perfect opportunity for him to shed his maiden tag.

Moody Blue’s last three runs have been promising and a repeat of that form will see him as the immediate danger.

Eternal Diamond has some fair form earlier in his career and if he can return to that after a small break, he will be in the money.

Watch the betting and canter past for the best guide to the chances of the lone unraced runner in the field, Pretty Boy from the James Crawford yard.

Race 2 is a B Stakes over 1000m and I ride Bluff On Bluff who was slightly disappointing in his latest start. While he is vulnerable to the younger and more unexposed runners, he comes in with a light weight and I'll be hoping to run into the money.

Air Raid is the horse I think we have to beat. He has been disappointing of late but he is a classy horse and if the addition of the tongue tie can bring the best out of him, he will be right there.

His stable companion, Winter Snap, looks a very progressive quality three-year-old and even though he returns from a break, he has to be one of the leading contenders.

Elusive Winter won a good race last time out and is always dangerous over this trip in this division.
