Mukiele set for trip to Old Trafford

SUNDERLAND boss Regis Le Bris has played down any talk of an injury to Nordi Mukiele ahead of the Black Cats’ trip to Old Trafford tomorrow.
The French defender has been one of the standout performers for the Wear-siders since joining the club from Paris Saint Germain this summer.
However, social media speculation suggested that the defender had picked up an injury that made him a doubt for the game against Manchester United this weekend.
The Black Cats boss quashed any rumour of a setback and says there were no new injuries following the win over Nottingham Forest.
Speaking ahead of the trip to Old Trafford, Le Bris said: “Nordi is fine, he’s OK. We have no new injuries. With Romaine [Mundle] and Dennis [Cirkin], there is no definite date for their return to play.
