FORMER Sunderland and Birmingham City youngster Cuba Mitchell has returned to England after a spell overseas.

The 20-year-old midfielder was in Sunderland's academy and has now joined promotion-chasing Gloucester City in the Southern League Premier South.

The Bangladesh international had a spell with Bashundhara Kings and signed a three-year contract in July but left earlier this month after mutually agreeing to end his deal.
