Dom gets hair dryer treatment

TONIGHT on The Repair Shop they're fixing a hair dryer.

Makes a nice change, eh?No great drama, just Dom and the team mending an everyday household item, no more likely to reduce you to tears than watching a man fix your toaster or declog your steam iron so it stops spitting globules of gunk at your nice clean clothes.

The show needs more jobs like this, don’t you think? Don’t get me wrong, I’m not knocking those repairs that come with emotional backstories. It’s just that, well, we do get rather a lot of them, don’t we?

And between you and me, I sometimes find this a bit... what's the word... draining.
