Chris hoping to give Parkinson's charity a huge lift in memory of his uncle John

A FOREST Hall man is taking on an astounding strongman challenge inspired by his uncle’s experience with Parkinson's Disease.
-
Chris Lovegrove, 39, is heading to Aberdeenshire in October to lift the historic Dinnie Stones which, combined, weigh more than 300kg.
Chris's uncle - John Lovegrove - died in 2023 having lived with Parkinson's for several years.
Chris is a consultant occupational therapist and research academic, and by “unfortunate coincidence” his work has focussed around supporting people with neurological problems such as Parkinson‘s.
He said: “I specialise in neurology and work with people who have neurological problems.
