All-rounder Barker banned for violating anti-doping rules

HAMPSHIRE all-rounder Keith Barker has been banned following an anti-doping violation, it has been revealed.
The 38-year-old has not played since testing positive for a prohibited substance and being provisionally suspended in July last year.
UK Anti-Doping has now confirmed that, following a hearing on March 5 this year, Barker was handed a backdated 12-month suspension.
He will be eligible to return to cricket from July 4.
