Trump May Have To Pay A Price For MAGA Unhappiness

It has been almost six months that Donald Trump has been President of the United States—six months that have been a roller-coaster ride for the world.

Trump May Have To Pay A Price For MAGA Unhappiness

In this time, he has upended US' long-standing foreign policy in a manner that has left the world gasping. The roiling of waters, be it through tariffs or through threats, has made "foes" out of friends, even though the reverse has not exactly happened. However, according to the Trump team, all his actions are apparently "wins." So Mr. Trump's publicists cannot stop gloating about "winning," as they try to convince the MAGA (Make America Great Again) crowd—Trump's core voters—that he is the best President that the US has ever had. They could be right, that Mr. Trump is the best, but does the MAGA think his international "successes" are enough for them to abandon the issues that they care about deeply?

It doesn't look like that. In fact, a storm could be brewing that may even cost Mr. Trump enough seats to turn him into a lame duck President next year in the midterms, unless he wakes up to the danger and takes corrective action.
