Kidnapping case: Karnataka High Court permits Bhavani Revanna to enter her native districts of Mysuru, Hassan for 15 days

The court directed her not to hover around Hassan and KR Nagara of Mysore district. However, the condition was imposed after the Special Public Prosecutor Professor Ravivarma Kumar argued that "She is the mastermind of the crime and let her not enter Hassan and KR Nagara district."

The Karnataka High Court in the Bhavani Revanna and State Of Karnataka observed and has relaxed a condition which is imposed in the anticipatory bail order of Bhavani Revanna, and permitted her to enter her native districts of Mysuru and Hassan for 15 days.
The court in its order dated June 7 granted an interim anticipatory bail to Bhavani in connection with a kidnapping case.
The court directed her not to hover around Hassan and KR Nagara of Mysore district.
