Indian IT sector to be worth $350 bn by 2030: Infosys co-founder

India’s $200 billion information technology (IT) industry will continue growing despite global macroeconomic challenges, said Kris Gopalakrishnan, a co-founder of Infosys, on Wednesday.

His comments come at a time when the industry’s revenue growth is expected to slow down to 3-5 percent in Financial Year 2023-24 due to “persistent macroeconomic uncertainty” and weak demand in the US and Europe, according to the rating agency ICRA.
