During the meeting, the Chief Minister issued clear instructions to keep a close watch on all YouTube channels linked to Pakistan and to check their old videos and data.
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini has ordered strict monitoring of YouTube channels reportedly connected and supported to Pakistan. This step comes after the recent arrest of YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra from Hisar, who has been accused of spying for Pakistan.
Following several arrests of suspected spies in Haryana after India's "Operation Sindoor" against Pakistan, CM Saini called an urgent meeting in Chandigarh. The meeting was attended by ministers, MLAs, and top officials from the Home and Police Departments.
The discussions focused on the growing concern of spying activities and the role of certain YouTube channels.
