Bengaluru real estate takes hit as parking shortage persists

According to brokers in Bengaluru, the rental and capital values of apartments without parking spaces have decreased by 15-20 per cent.

In addition, the absence of parking space provided by the local municipality has resulted in people parking in front of their homes, leading to frequent conflicts. A resident of Koramangala, Subhasis Das, recently shared a message left on a car window that stated: "Hi, please don't park your car here!! We had already requested you not to do so earlier. Please understand that we have been living in this area since the year 2000 and own 2 cars."
