Bengaluru’s housing market is witnessing robust demand, with sales estimated to rise 21 per cent in July-September 2025 to 16,840 units, according to PropEquity. In the same period last year, sales stood at 13,966 units.

PropEquity data shows that residential property sales in Bengaluru are likely to reach 49,559 units during January-September 2025, up from 46,392 units in the corresponding period of 2024. Developers expect fourth-quarter sales to further boost annual performance, aided by the onset of the festive season.
