Adani Green Energy net profit jumps 51 per cent to Rs 323 crore

Adani Green Energy reported a significant increase in consolidated net profit, reaching 323 crore in the June 2023 quarter, representing a rise of nearly 51% compared to the same quarter last year.

The surge in net profit was primarily driven by higher revenues. In the corresponding period of 2022, the company had recorded a consolidated net profit of 214 crore, as indicated in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
During the quarter, the total income of Adani Green Energy rose to ₹ 2,404 crore, up from 1,701 crore in the year-ago period. The company’s operational capacity stands at 8,316 MW, making it the largest operating renewable energy portfolio in the country, according to a statement issued by the company.
