Lalu, family acted as criminal enterprise: Court on land-for-jobs scam

A Delhi court on Friday said that RJD chief Lalu Yadav and his family acted as a criminal enterprise as it framed corruption and criminal conspiracy charges against them in connection with the Railways land-for-jobs scam.

Special Judge Vishal Gogne, while passing the order on framing of charges, said the court found, "based on reasonable doubt", a widespread conspiracy by Lalu Yadav and his family.
