Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on Sunday said it carried out missile and drone strikes on three United States military bases in the region, while also vowing to continue pursuing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Iran's semiofficial Fars News Agency reported.

The statement issued a direct threat against Netanyahu, declaring that if the Israeli prime minister is "still alive, we will continue pursuing him and kill him with full force".

Earlier in the day, the Israeli prime minister's office rejected online claims suggesting Netanyahu had been assassinated during Iran's response to US and Israeli strikes.
