Vlogger faces LTO action

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) announced on Friday, May 2, that it had issued a show-cause order (SCO) to a popular female motorcycle vlogger after she allegedly flashed a dirty finger and cursed at a pickup truck driver during a heated altercation in Zambales.
Assistant Secretary Vigor D. Mendoza II, LTO chief, said “Yanna” moto-vlogger who has 435,000 followers on Facebook, will be asked to explain why her driver's license should not be suspended or revoked “for being an improper person to operate a motor vehicle”.
