Bus firm operations suspended after multiple-vehicle crash

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has ordered the suspension of operations of a bus company involved in a multiple-vehicle collision on the southbound lane of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) in Valenzuela City, on Monday night, April 14, which left 13 people injured, including the bus driver and conductor.

Authorities said the bus, which was carrying 30 passengers, was reportedly traveling at high speed from Angat, Bulacan to Monumento, Caloocan when the driver lost control and crashed into a closed van and a dump truck at around 7:30 p.m. near the fourth lane of the expressway.
