Critchley understands fans' fury after miserable Fir Park stalemate

NEIL CRITCHLEY admitted he appreciated Hearts supporters’ fury after his flops failed to make the top six.

The Jambos players were faced with anger when they approached the 2600-strong away support at Fir Park after a dreary draw.

St Mirren’s dramatic 3-2 success over Ross County in Paisley condemned Hearts to a lowly spot in this season's Premiership.

Now Critchley has urged his hurting players to respond in the Scottish Cup semi-final on Saturday against Aberdeen at the National Stadium.
