Colombo gears up to host Global Bohra Conference and Spiritual Convention next week

Sri Lanka is preparing to host the Global Bohra Conference and Spiritual Convention scheduled to take place from 27 June to 5 July 2025 in Colombo.

The event will be held in conjunction with the Bohra Community's annual Spiritual Assembly, with activities centered around the Bambalapitiya Bohra Mosque and the Sri Lanka Exhibition and Convention Centre (SLECC). The convention is expected to draw approximately 15,000 participants from India and several other countries, marking one of the largest religious and cultural gatherings hosted by Sri Lanka in recent years.
