The Court of Appeal on Friday fixed October 23 for the delivery of the judgment regarding two writ petitions challenging the legality of the Returning Officers of the Kekirawa and Galnewa Pradeshiya Sabhas in implementing their letters requesting the nomination of women members for the seats obtained by the SJB under the proportional representation system at the Kekirawa and Galnewa Pradeshiya Sabha elections.
