KING AND QUEEN AT BRAEMAR GAMES
THERE were warm smiles from the King and Queen as they attended the annual Braemar Gathering Highland Games yesterday.
The royal couple were guests of honour at the event, which is held near their Highland residence Balmoral on the first Saturday of September every year.
Other guests included Absolutely Fabulous actress Dame Joanna Lumley and civil liberties campaigner Baroness Helena Kennedy.
Charles, 76, wore a kilt, while Camilla, 78, wore a blue coat with a tartan collar.
