Kay's queue of 200,000 bit of a joke

THOUSANDS of Peter Kay fans spent hours trying to secure tickets for his comeback tour after booking websites went into meltdown.
In despair some reported 200,000 people were ahead of them in the online queue, which is more than the population of Blackpool.
Former BBC Breakfast host Dan Walker even likened the scramble for tickets to trying to get an appointment with a GP. He wrote on Twitter: "Please hold... there are currently 170,000 people ahead of you in the queue." And comic Jason Manford joked: "Phew, lucky enough to get 2x Peter Kay tickets.
