Tyndrum crew to tackle 5k run in full gear

A group of courageous on-call firefighters from Tyndrum are preparing to tackle a charity 5k challenge - whilst wearing their full gear.

The team from Tyndrum Fire Station are gearing up to take on the Run the Runway 5k at Oban Airport next month in an effort to generate vital funds for The Fire Fighters Charity.
Members of the crew are training hard in preparation for the challenge on Friday, October 24.
They’ve established a fundraising goal of £500 for the endeavour, but have already exceeded that figure, collecting more than £1,300.
