New idea for shop windows

Stirling Council's leader has promised to look into a suggestion that schools and other businesses could make use of empty shop windows in the city centre.

At a recent full meeting of the council, SNP group leader Cllr Susan McGill asked how many retail outlets were currently vacant in the city centre.
