Major IIS reshuffle: 27 Group ‘A’ Officers transferred

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting on Monday ordered a major reshuffle in the Indian Information Service (IIS), transferring and posting 27 Group ‘A’ officers across key media units including PIB, DD News, All India Radio (AIR), CBC, RNU and the Prime Minister's Office with immediate effect.

As per the official order, Ritu Shukla has been posted as ADG (News), DD News, New Delhi, while Himani Sarad, on repatriation from the Supreme Court, has been appointed ADG (M&C), PIB, New Delhi. Ratnakar Pamula, Director, CBC Vijayawada, has been transferred as Deputy Press Registrar, PRGI, New Delhi, and Sayyid Rabeeh Hashm
