The Jal Shakti (PHE) Contractors Welfare Association, led by its President Rajesh Choudhary on Thursday expressed grave concern over the prolonged non-release of payments under several key government water supply schemes, including the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Languishing Schemes, and the National Rural Drinking Water Programme (NRDWP).
