JAMMU: BJP activist R.L. Kaith has praised the Indian diaspora in Trinidad and Tobago for their deep-rooted connection with India, saying their love for the motherland was clearly visible during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent visit to Port of Spain.

Kaith highlighted the warm welcome extended to the Prime Minister and the vibrant cultural programme organized in his honour by the Indian-origin community. "It reflects that despite being thousands of miles away, their hearts still beat for their roots-India," he said.
