Senior physician, Dr Ruchi Sharma imparted health tips to the senior citizens of holy town of Katra in district Reasi in a guest lecture which was organised by Senior Citizens Welfare Forum at Spiritual Growth Centre Katra, here.

While suggesting measures to tackle the seasonal diseases among elderly people, especially those who are on medication and needs health guidance, Dr Ruchi asked them to take extra care of themselves.
