Abhay Bakaya leads delegation to Mohalla CRPF Camp Nalla, highlights plight of 2014 flood victims

Abhay Bakaya, District President Jammu Urban, accompanied by prominent party leaders Shakti Devi and Susham Kumari, on Sunday visited Mohalla CRPF Camp Nalla ward 71 to assess the living conditions of 12 families who continue to suffer the aftermath of the devastating 2014 floods. During the visit, the delegation witnessed the distressing situation faced by these families, who are still residing in a highly unfavorable environment.

The families, all of whom are documented land owners, have been persistently demanding proper rehabilitation since the tragedy. Despite repeated appeals, no compensation has been provided to them, and their living conditions remain deplorable.
