DAVID Wilson Homes has announced all homes are sold at its Pinewood Park development in Formby.
The development, located on Liverpool Road, included 304 two, three and four bedroom homes and also made 89 affordable homes available for local buyers.
Gavin Powell, sales director at David Wilson Homes North West, said: “We are proud of the success of Pinewood Park and are looking forward to helping the final few residents settling into their brand-new homes.
