'OUR SOLDIERS BROUGHT PAKISTAN TO ITS KNEES': PM MODI ON OPERATION SINDOOR AT RALLY IN MADHYA PRADESH'S DHAR

|September 18, 2025
Addressing a rally in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday (September 17, 2025) said India's soldiers "brought Pakistan to its knees in the blink of an eye", hailing Operation Sindoor which "obliterated terror launch pads".

The predawn precision strikes on May 7 decimated nine terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK), in retaliation to the April 22 Pahalgam terror strike.
"This is New India and it does not fear nuclear blackmail," he added.
Amid the ongoing tariffs uncertainty between India and the U.S., Mr. Modi urged people to promote 'Make In India'. "My appeal to 140 crore Indians is that they should only buy items made in India," he said at the rally in Dhar.
"Crores of mothers and sisters in India have been blessing me," Mr. Modi said, accepting greetings as he turned 75 on Wednesday (September 17). This is his second visit to Madhya Pradesh on his birthday after 2022.
