Flats plan for empty nightclub

A well-known former nightclub could soon be turned into flats.

The popular old venue in Northampton Lane, Swansea city centre, had been known through the years as Jubbly's.
Funkypump Fitness Ltd has submitted a planning application to Swansea Council proposing to convert the now-derelict nightclub into commercial ground-floor units and 14 apartments.
The plans also include modernising an old warehouse gym next door, which has also been left disused.
