REBECCA WORKED AS A RAF POLICE DOG HANDLER AT RAF WADDINGTON AND RAF CONINGSBY

- BY LAYCIE BECK

TRIBUTES have been paid to a "dedicated" Royal Air Force Police Corporal who trained military dogs.

RAF Police Corporal Rebecca Hudson passed away on Friday, May 23, aged 32.

Group Captain Samantha Bunn, provost marshal (RAF)/Commander Air Security Force, stated: "The tragic loss of Cpl Bec Hudson has been profoundly felt by every single member of the RAF Police.

"This is absolutely testament to her personable nature, professionalism and dedication to her role as an RAF Police dog handler.

"Her absence will be felt for many years to come, not just by the dogs she dedicated so much time to, but the whole of the RAF Police.

"We have been deprived of a truly special individual who has been taken from us far too soon. Fiat Justitia."

Rebecca was brought up in Stourport, near Birmingham, and joined the RAF in 2015.
