Project aims to transform golf club into a leisure destination

THE project to transform an historic Kent estate into a leading destination for sport, wellness and landscape-based leisure has taken its next step.

Hollaway Studio has been appointed to lead the design of the major new leisure masterplan at London Golf Club, following the successful granting of planning permission across both Sevenoaks and Tonbridge & Malling boroughs.

Called The London Project, it aims to welcome a broader community into the landscape, while protecting the heritage and natural character that defines the site.

Stephen Follett, CEO of London Golf Club, said: “We are incredibly excited to be working with Hollaway on The London Project, which marks a once-in-a-generation transformation of London Golf Club into Kent's first fully-integrated health, wellbeing and sports resorts of national significance.
