Boyle demands 'nasty' Hibs return after sixth Prem draw
MARTIN BOYLE is known as a happy Hibee but insists his side needs to get nasty when it comes to seeing out games.
The forward refused to mince his words after seeing Graham Carey fire home an injury-time spot-kick leveller for Livingston.
The Australia international put Hibs back in front after the break and was gutted his effort did not lead to a third win in four games.
David Gray's third-placed side have now drawn six of their 11 league games, having had a lead in three of those.
It was a similar theme in Europe this season and Boyle is adamant his side need to show greater mental strength.
The 32-year-old said: “The penny needs to drop for us because we've lost far too many points like this. Even in European competition, we got knocked out in the same manner.
“But I'm sure it'll change. We know we should be higher in the table with the points we've dropped. We should have more on the board, so it’s hugely frustrating.
“We went on a streak last December when everyone was fighting for each other and we were defending for our lives.
