'Troubled girls were degraded and discarded'

A GROOMING gang abused two vulnerable girls they saw as "easy prey", a court heard yesterday.
Tahir Rashid, 54, is alleged to have been the ringleader.
Prosecutor Rossano Scamardella KC told Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court that Girl A and Girl C were friends in Rochdale who both led troubled lives.
