'Teacher killed in love triangle row', say police
Scottish Daily Express
|September 02, 2025
A BRITISH woman has been stabbed to death in the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh.
Jessica Cariad Hopkins, 34, was found dead with knife wounds near a park in the capital's Chamkarmon district. Kidikila Nganda Glodie, 33, originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, was arrested on suspicion of murder the next day.
Police commissioner Chuon Narin said that preliminary findings had suggested a motive may have been jealousy in a love triangle. Ms Glodie is understood to have been living with Ms Hopkins in a rented flat in Phnom Penh.
