AN historic Faberge egg is going up for auction later this year — with collectors expected to shell out an estimated £20million to get their hands on it.
The Winter Egg, commissioned by Russia's last emperor Nicholas II as an 1913 Easter gift for his mother, is considered to be one of the most lavish created for its royal family.
