Scottish Daily Express
|October 23, 2025
TWO police officers moved into a jail cell next to Nicolas Sarkozy following threats to kill the former French president.
It came a day after he spent a “frightening” first night in high-security Paris prison La Sante.
Sarkozy, 70, is serving at least five years for conspiring to accept illegal cash from the late Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi.
