'PM's decision has condemned my cousin to his abductors' tunnels'

A DISTRAUGHT relative of an Israeli hostage paraded in a Hamas video has hit out at Sir Keir Starmer’s plan to recognise the state of Palestine.
Tamar Eshet’s cousin Evyatar David, 24, looked emaciated in harrowing footage released by his terrorist captors last month.
He was seen being forced to dig his own grave in the group's tunnels under Gaza and remains a captive.
Tamar lashed out at Sir Keir, who declared the UK’s intention in July, saying the Prime Minister was effectively “leaving Evyatar in the tunnels”. She added: “It angers me because it was an irresponsible declaration without any thinking of the consequences.
“When he declared it, Israel and Hamas were at the peak of negotiation and a hostage deal was almost signed off.
