Nizzy gets busy with a stunner to raise Reds

ABERDEEN hero Kevin Nisbet reckons his wonder winner against Hibs was up there as the best of his career.
The Scotland striker hit the only goal of the game as Jimmy Thelin’s side ended Hibs’ 17-game unbeaten Premiership run with a 1-0 win at Pittodrie on Saturday.
Nisbet took a great touch to send a controlled volley from 18 yards high into the top corner of Jordan Smith’s net.
The goal pulled the Dons into fourth place level on points with third-top Hibs in the race for European spots.
Nisbet — on loan from Millwall — said: “It could be up there with the best goal of my career.
“I’m off balance as well. I’ve just hit it and it’s gone in.
“I am delighted. As soon as I took it on to the chest and I shot, I knew it was going in — just go back across the keeper.
“I don’t think he’s expecting it.”
There has been a clamour for Aberdeen to sign Nisbet but financially it would be challenging. And he is only focused on the here and now.
The 28-year-old finished in style against the Hibees and wants the Reds to do the same in the fight for third place and the Scottish Cup final with Celtic on May 24.
“It’s just about finishing the season well,” he added. “Try to get Aberdeen as high as possible and try to win the cup.
