NHS trans row: Phone notes were 'changed'

PHONE notes made by a transgender doctor following a dispute with a nurse were edited, a tribunal heard yesterday.

An independent expert spotted the amendments but NHS Fife did not commission a forensic or in-person examination of Dr Beth Upton's phone, the employment hearing was told.
