NHS boss is jailed over string of child sex offences

A SENIOR NHS manager who raped a 12-year-old and sexually abused five other girls after grooming them on Snapchat was yesterday jailed for 28 years.
Paul Lipscombe, 51, told a probation officer he is a “monster” who has been committing sex offences against young girls since he was in his 20s, a court heard.
Leicestershire Police are now urging any further victims of Lipscombe to come forward immediately.
