'Modified' e-bike led to fatal blaze

A MUM and her two children died in a fire caused by a modified e-bike, an inquest heard.
Gemma Germeney, 31, was killed in the family’s flat while Lilly and Oliver Peden, eight and four, died in hospital.
The fire service said the most probable cause was an e-bike on charge.
