Skipper Robbo insists Scots are ready to grab historic opportunity

ANDY ROBERTSON says Scotland's players are ready to become World Cup history-makers by getting the point they need against Morocco to qualify for the knockout stages.

Steve Clarke's side know a draw in Boston tonight will virtually guarantee their place in the last 32.

After picking up a 1-0 victory against Haiti in their first game, Robertson and Co could become the first Scotland team to ever get out of their group at a major tournament.

But the Spurs full-back says Clarke's boys are full of belief that they can pull it off and etch their names into Scottish football folklore.

Robertson said: “Saturday was a really good result and got us the three points, which we needed.

“Now we go into the next game looking for the same. We know what we want to try and create.
