HE simply can't stop scoring against the big beasts.

But Peter Lovenkrands hopes big game hunter Youssef Chermiti can find a way to start shooting down the Premierships smaller prey as Rangers continue to hunt the title.

Eight of the Ibrox frontman’ nine goals this term have come against Celtic and Hearts - with last week's sensational overhead kick in the Old Firm derby the pick of the bunch.

But Gers’ league prospects might be an awful lot brighter had the Portuguese marksman been just as emphatic with his finishing against the rest of the league.

The 22-year-old blew a golden chance to kill off Motherwell at Fir Park last month as Jens Berthel Askou's team battled back to claim a last-gasp equaliser.

Chermiti was just as wasteful in the 2-2 draw with Livingston a fortnight ago after passing up another huge close-range opening.
