Gerbil's ex is latest victim of gangland torch targets

Kelly “Bo” Green’s home was set alight in the early hours of yesterday.

It is believed she was inside the property in Glasgow along with one of her three children when it was torched.

She was the partner of Kevin “Gerbil” Carroll who was shot dead on a north Glasgow supermarket car park in 2010.

The 29-year-old was gunned down by William “Buff” Paterson as he sat in a black Audi A3 outside Asda in Robroyston.

The attack on Ms Green’s property came hours after six men appeared in court charged with a variety of offences said to be connected to the on-going feud that has gripped the country’s two biggest cities.

Scorch marks could be seen on the outside of her home in the city’s Drumchapel. No one was hurt in the incident.

Ms Green is the daughter of the late Jamie Daniel, the one-time head of the north Glasgow-based crime clan for whom Carroll worked.

For the past three months, members of the family and associates have been targeted in repeated attacks relating to a stolen £500,000 cocaine shipment.
